Returns and Refunds policy

Need to return an item? returns are easy at ZDP
We take great pride on our customer service, and returning an a package is a part of it:
- No questions asked: if you don't like the item, you can return it without reason.
- No restocking fee: as soon as we get the item, we will credit or replace it.

Returning process:

1. Please contact us to let us know you're sending the package back.
2. Please have it sent in original state and original packaging, as received.

4. As soon as we receive the package, we will contact you for further processing. We will either credit your account or replace the items, to your choice. 
5. Regarding shipping fees - shipping fees charged for the order and shipping charges for returning the package will not be reimbursed. 
6. Custom orders: When we manufacture an item for a customers' specific request, we invest quite a lot of time and resources. Custom made products cannot be returned.  

Returns for an item that's damaged:
We take full responsibility for our items right until arrival. If you've received a damaged item, you will receive a replacement, no charge. 

What do I do if I get a damaged item? 


1. Please contact us with the following information.
- A picture of the item.
- Item number on the bag, and the number of pieces damaged.

2. We will make sure to replace the item, with no charge and no additional hassle on your end.
